Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including cancellation and remedies for digital content that is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.
For consumers in the EU and EEA, distance contracts generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to applicable exceptions. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right can be lost after digital supply begins during the withdrawal period only where all applicable legal conditions are satisfied, such as prior express consent, acknowledgement of losing the right and required confirmation. Merely placing an order or downloading a file is not itself proof that these conditions have been satisfied.
Problems with your order
If you received the wrong file, cannot access your download, encounter a file error or believe the content materially differs from the product description, please contact us. We will assess the issue and provide a working file, another appropriate remedy or a refund where legally required or otherwise agreed.
How to contact us
Send a request using our contact form, with your order number and a short explanation. If you wish to exercise a statutory cancellation right, clearly state that you are withdrawing from the contract and contact us within the applicable deadline.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears in your account.
